SIZING

Collars:

All Zappy collars come in the three adjustable sizes!

For accurate sizing, we suggest using a tape measure to measure around your dog's neck, where their collar comfortably sits. 

Better yet, measure one of their existing collars that you know fits just right!

Always allow two fingers to fit between your dog's neck and their collar.

S     26 - 40cm / 1.5cm width

M    34 - 55cm / 2cm width

L     41 - 65cm / 2.5cm width

 

Leashes:

All Zappy leashes come in one size.

PRODUCT CARE

We all know pets can get grubby, and so can their accessories!

Handwashing your collar or leash with water and a mild detergent or dish soap should do the trick. If really dirty, you can take a stiff brush and use it to rub any dirt off.

Remove stubborn stains by soaking your Zappy accessories in a stain remover product - just like you would with your clothes.

Be mindful that our pets can have sensitive skin too! So rinse well and make sure you lay your collar flat to dry before putting back on your pet.

 

Helpful hint: Dark colours and patterned accessories can help to disguise marks for particularly active pets!
