Delivery & Returns

Zappy offers flat rate shipping on all Zappy orders no matter the size, weight, or destination of your shipment. Orders are dispatched same day of order and we use overnight shipping (next working day!). 

All Zappy products are shipped by courier with NZ Post with tracking information provided. Your order can be tracked using NZ Post

In the effort to reduce waste, Zappy shipments do not contain a physical packing slip or invoice. If required, please email us. 

Zappy currently only ships within New Zealand

We want you to love your Zappy purchases! Something not quite right? Please contact us at hello@zappythings.co.nz to offer feedback or to begin the return/exchange process.

We offer refunds on all full price items. All items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, with the original tags and packaging still attached to the product. Items returned outside of this period may not be accepted. Once your return has been received, our team will check that it is in original condition and a refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service when making returns. 

If you wish to exchange a full priced item, please return the original item to us for a refund and then place a new order.
