Orders & Payment

All prices are in NZD. Payment is securely processed at checkout. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Shipping

Flat rate shipping $6.99. Free NZ shipping on orders over $50. 
We aim to ship your order within 1-3 business days. Rural or remote addresses may take a little longer.

Returns & Exchanges

Change of mind? No problem! Return within 14 days (unused, tags on).
Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items? Let us know ASAP so we can fix it.

Our collars & leads are designed for everyday adventures — but like all good things, they need a little TLC! Check out our care instructions to keep them looking fresh.
